              EBA恒速電子送經(EBA constant-speed eletronic let-off):

                定速電子送經機構又稱EBA電子送經機構,其作為特里柯脫型與拉舍爾型經編機的標準配置,主要應用于花紋比較簡單,一個完全組織中每個橫列的線圈長度基本不變或很少變化,即定速送經的場合。

               Constant speed electronic let-off mechanism is also called EBA electronic let-off mechanism, as the standard configuration of Terico type and Raschel warp knitting machine, mainly used in simply decorative pattern, which the length of a coil in a complete organization is essentially constant or rarely varies, namely the constant speed let off.


                工作原理:基準信息取之于主軸上的交流電動機,當實測送經速度與預定送經速度不等時,通過變頻器使電動機增速或減速。

              Working principle:  The baseline information  depends on the main shaft of ac motor. When the measured let off speed and reserve let off speed is not equarl, increasing or reducing speed by frequency converter motor.


               主要優點:可能消除或減少停機橫條;實現間歇送經; EBA電子送經機構配置了一個大功率的三相交流電動機和一個帶有液晶顯示的計算機,機器的速度和送經量可以方便地使用鍵盤輸入,并且送經量可以編程;具有雙速送經功能,每一經軸可在正常送經和雙速送經中任選一種;經軸可以短時間向后轉動或者停止送經。

              EBC分段式電子送經(EBC stage-by-satge eletronic let-off):

               多速電子送經機構又稱EBC電子送經機構,主要包交流伺服電動機和可連續編程送經的積極式經軸傳動裝置。

                Multi-speed electronic let-off mechanism is also called the EBC electronic let-off mechanism, mainly including the ac servo motor and continuous programming let-off mechanism of the active beam transmission device.


                在啟動經編機前,必須先通過鍵盤將下列參數輸給計算機:經軸編號、經軸滿卷時外圓周長、停機時空盤頭周長、滿卷時經軸卷繞圈數以及該經軸每臘克的送經長度。其中每臘克送經長度不一定固定,而是可以根據織物的組織結構的需要任意編制序列,最多可編入199種序列,累計循環可達8百萬線圈橫列。

                Before starting the warp knitting machine, firstly we must through the keyboard input the following parameters into the computer: beam number, the outer circumference when the sharp full,  pan head circumference at downtime space-time, warp beam winding turns on full volume, and the length of let off in this beam for each lacquer. Each lac' length of let-off  is not fixed, which can compile any sequence according to the needs of the fabric structure, a maximum into 199 kinds of sequence. The cumulative cycle can add up to 8 million course.


                該機構中經軸脈沖信號來自經軸頂端,而不是取之于經軸的表面測速輥,因而反映的是經軸轉速,而不是經軸線速度。但計算機可以根據所輸入的經軸在空卷、滿卷時的直徑以及滿卷時的繞紗圈數,逐層計算出經軸瞬時直徑,并結合經軸脈沖信號折算成表面線速度,而后將此取樣信息輸入計算機中,與儲存器的基準信息一一比較。如果取樣與基準信息一致,則計算機輸出為零,交流伺服電動機維持原速運行;當取樣信息高于或低于基準信息時,計算機輸出不為零時,將在原速基礎上對交流伺服電動機進行微調。由于采取了這種逐步逼近的控制原理,送經精度可以大大提高,其控制精度可達1/10個橫列的送經長度。

               In this mechanism, the beam pulse signal comes from the top of the warp beam, rather than on the surface of the beam speed of the roller. And thus reflects the beam speed, rather than the beam linear velocity. But the computer can calculate the instantaneous diameter of warp beam step by step, depended on the input beam when the full empty volume, diameter and number of winding turns in full volume, combined with the warp beam pulse signal to convert into linear velocity surface. Then the sampling information input to the computer, combined with the baseline information storage one by one. If the sample is consistent with the baseline information, the computer output is zero, ac servo motor to maintain the original speed operation; When sampling information above or below the benchmark information, computer output is not equal to zero, the computer will be on the basis of the original speed for ac servo motor for fine-tuning. Thanks to this approach, the control principle of let-off mechanism can greatly improve the precision, which can reach 1/10 of the length of the row let off.
